Two years ago, we had the unique opportunity to contract a single plot of an experimental hop variety known only as HBC 692. This batch of hops was recently harvested, and we’re proud to share 692’s unique qualities with you in this fourth Crooked Line release based on a New England- style hazy IPA. The hop variety presents outstanding aroma and flavor, with tropical and citrus notes in the fore to punctuate the smooth creaminess of the body.

We are excited to finish this year’s hop series with a returning member of the cast, Mandarina Queen. A soft, medium body provided by the heavy use of wheat helps support the ripe orange, vanilla and slight pine notes that the Mandarina Bavaria Hops bring to the table. This beer just tastes fancy, it truly is a beer fit for a Queen!
