Semi-sweet with only three ingredients- fermented apples, lavender and honey. This cider gives off the perfect amount of crisp apple on the front, rich honey notes on the palate and finishes with a hint of spring-time lavender.

This saison style ale comes from the same base that Blueberry Dojo originated from. The processes used for making the beers in the Dojo series are identical, stemming from the same initial brew. What differs is the fruit in which each is named after. In all cases the complexity of the fermentation is driven by the native microflora that naturally existed on the fruit. Raspberry Dojo is noticeably more sour than its predecessor. Some of that comes from the natural acidity that is more prevalent in raspberries, the rest is attributable to the higher concentration of lactic acid bacteria that was clearly present on the fruit.

Created as an homage to the legendary dark lager brewed by U Fleku in Prague, Color of Sleep is a complex yet drinkable beer perfect for cold weather. Imported Pilsner malt complements deep flavors of roasted pecans, dark chocolate, fresh-baked bread, and caramel. Decoction mashing adds a rich intricacy to the malt profile, balanced by herbal bitterness from Czech Saaz hops.

In the creator role, and in the Raven's role as the totem and ancestor, the Raven is often addressed as Grandfather Raven. With this stately sense of pomp and tradition we bring you our Imperial Stout. This robust black ale is full with rich dark caramel, unsweetened chocolate, and hints of coffee aromas and flavors. Stately indeed, but at 9.5% ABV, perhaps it is just a vain attempt to encourage the trickster spirit to act respectably. Released annually in the winter.

For the ninth installment of our in-state collaborations, we have teamed up with our friends out of Bend, OR, 10 Barrel Brewing.
Celebrity Crush begins its life as a 28 deg Plato Baltic Porter, which we blend with a small portion of fruited sour beer and a larger portion of chocolaty barrel-aged Stout. The blend then saw additional conditioning on vanilla and blueberry to create the ultimate winter dessert porter.
