A mentor told us when we first started out that here in the PNW, the best beer is an IPA so clear you can read a book through it. Here it is: Skyward IPA. A crisp West Coast IPA, named for the direction our hops stretch as they grow on our 4th generation hop farm. Brewed with a simple malt bill and showcases big hop aromas of grapefruit, pineapple, and classic West Coast dankness.

Lisa Allen of @heaterallenbeer joined us to make this expressive little dark gem & we couldn’t be more stoked. This beer wasn’t made to be a black void of darkness in a glass. The roast is ever so subtle & gives way to the rich caramel flavors that come from Munich malts. The balance between sweetness & bitterness brings you back for another pint.
Thanks again to our friends at Heater Allen for gracing our brewhouse with their powerful lager expertise. We kind of want to drink this one all to ourselves but we decided beer is best when shared.
