Fort George - Spruce Budd

6/4/16oz - $42.71

5.5% ABV

UPC: 851622003296

We picked hundreds of pounds of spruce tips, leaving our arms aching from the constant stabbing of the needles. Through all of that pain came a beer that cannot be rivaled in deliciousnessness. With nothing more than pilsner malt and hand-harvested spruce tips for ingredients, this beer might be the best thing you have ever put in your mouth. Hints of spruce, citrus, and more spruce - each glorious sip tastes like an adventure in the woods.

Boundary Bay - Citraweiss

4/6/12oz - $32.97

4.5% ABV & 8 IBU

UPC: 8636680000092

Citraweisse is a kettle-soured Berliner-style weiss. This sessionable summer seasonal's pale straw haziness is due to the protein-rich wheat malt. Fermentation with a mixture of German Ale Yeast and lactobacillus (Lactic Acid Bacteria) creates Citraweisse’s distinguishing sharp tartness. A hefty dry-hop of Citra® gives this refreshing sessionable seasonal a powerful citrusy punch

Aslan - Totality Pilsner

4/6/12oz - $40.48

4.5% ABV & 30 IBU

UPC: 865506000080

*also available in 1/2bbls

This is not your average Pilsner. Using American ingredients in this beer is enough to question whether this beer is actually a Pilsner. With immense respect to the pioneers of the Pilsner Style, we can now interpret this style in a different light. Totality’s nose is grainy sweet, with hints of marshmallows and berries. Initial flavors of honeydew, strawberry and crackers carry through balanced with a pleasant, lingering bitterness. This is a celebration of everything we love about traditional Pilsner while highlighting non-traditional hop choices.

Aslan - Totality Pale Ale

Aslan Totatlity Black.jpg

4/6/12oz - $40.48

5.4% ABV & 69 IBU

UPC: 865506000080

*also available in 1/2bbls

Brewed as a celebration of our seventh anniversary, Totality is a mashup of classic Pale Ales and the new wave of Hazy Pale Ales. A lower than average percentage of wheat and oats lends to a lighter body and a more drinkable beer. Initially, this beer presents softer flavors of cotton candy and honeydew but over time the bitterness builds and flavors of lime, orange bitters and evergreen needles dominate the palate. The mashup of styles lends itself to a pleasant experience, intriguing the drinker with every sip.
